Enquiry processing and service providers
Our website enquiry form uses Google Apps Script to receive enquiries, Google Sheets to store them privately and Google email services to notify our team. Google acts as a third-party service provider and may process data under its applicable terms. Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We use enquiry information to respond to enquiries and manage follow-up; we do not sell enquiry information. We review stored enquiries and delete them when no longer necessary for the purpose collected, subject to applicable requirements.
Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, related business follow-up, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the enquiry.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information you submitted, withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis for processing, or raise a privacy concern.
